Our stay at Xiangxi Dream Weaver Inn (湘西梦织客栈) in Zhangjiajie was absolutely wonderful, and a big part of that experience was because of the incredible hospitality of 梦回湘西靓靓 (Liang Liang). From the very beginning, she went far beyond what we expected. Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is vast and can be quite confusing to navigate, especially for first-time visitors. Liang Liang made sure we would never get lost. She carefully explained the routes, helped us plan our itinerary, and ensured that we understood how to move around the park. She also helped us book and arrange all our tickets in advance, including park entry tickets and transportation. She even paid for them ahead of time and simply billed us later, which made everything incredibly convenient and stress-free for us. Despite the language barrier, communication was never a problem. She patiently used translation apps and technology to make sure I understood everything clearly. Her effort to communicate and assist us made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. What truly impressed us was her kindness and attentiveness. On the morning of our early flight, she made sure that we had breakfast before leaving and even brought us to the airport for free to ensure we would not have any difficulty getting there in time. Everything about our stay was smooth, pleasant, and memorable because of her help. Superb hospitality. Highly recommended. If you are visiting Zhangjiajie, Xiangxi Dream Weaver Inn is definitely a great place to stay.

I absolutely recommend staying at Shan Tao Inn. First of all the location: super close to Tianmen and 999 stairs to heaven. But the bus station is in front of the Inn that takes you straight to National Forest Park. Second, the room is quiet and has everything you needed. Last but not least, the staff is exceptional. I have stayed in so many properties, but how the staff of this inn goes beyond and everything, is just amazing. A big thanks to Lee who helped me everything, she has the best advice for attractions, is so patience and can help with a lot of things because she speaks fluent English ( which is a big help). Also a big shoutout to Pepe for being so amazing. Whenever you need something, they help you as soon as possible. Highly recommend!!

1. Perfect location if you want to visit the National forest park. It is 5 minutes walk to the east gate what’s the main routes start. 2. Clean spacious room, we felt really comfortable. And the price is really good for what you get. 3. The manager Scott helped us to arrange our trips, booked tickets for us. His recommendations helped a lot while we were in the park. And he has a very good English. That is very rare in China.

This is 10 out of 10!!! Thanks to the property: they are very helpful with the tickets, instructions, the roots to be taken. We were picked up at the RR station late at the evening by the very friendly driver! The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the entrance to the gate of the park, which is very convenient. The breakfasts are good to have enough energy for the day. The laundry done overnight, which is also quite nice! The green patio on the roof with cute cats added an extra charming to out stay at the hotel
