Friendly staff and almost always someone was around who could speak English. Alston went beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Clean and entertaining environment, they had music shows, card game night and more. I really enjoyed my stay. Very high quality hostel in the beautiful Suzhou!

This was a dream stay in Suzhou! The guesthouse is in a private courtyard and there is also a shared common area room and laundry room. The most modern room we stayed at in China. The reception staff was very helpful.
