The grounds are lovely, the pool is a welcome respite, and our room had all the amenities needed - no AC, but a strong fan and mosquito net had us sleeping deeply under a choir of jungle insects. They have reliable contacts with knowledgeable local tour guides who showed us a great time hiking the Amazon, visiting an indigenous community, and navigating the mangroves to view pink river dolphins. Would 100% recommend and love to return one day!

First of all, I didn’t realize that Cruz Roja means Red Cross! So, not only you're staying and enjoying your trip, but you’re also helping others at the same time. Secondly, the staff there are amazing people—warm and welcoming. Even though I don’t speak Spanish and they don’t speak English, we were still able to connect and understand each other. The location was perfect for catching an early morning flight since it’s close to the airport. Although, the town itself is quite small. Room was super clean and comfortable. They have AC, wi-fi and provide a tasty breakfast. I would love to stay there again someday.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the common areas are beautiful and relaxing, and it’s an amazing place to meet other travelers while still being able to rest and recharge. Everything feels intentional and warm. If you’re coming to Leticia, do not hesitate. Nomada isn’t just a place to sleep, it’s part of the experience. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone visiting the Amazon.

Hotel Gavas Amazonas is set in Leticia and features a bar. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a shared lounge and room service, along with free WiFi. Very convenient hotel next to airport. Very nice people. Our flight was delayed so we were so glad they had given us such a hearty delicious breakfast before we left. The proprietor has a Tuk Tuk so he can take you part way with a 5 minute walk to the entrance of the airport. Also we got a ride the evening before departure to the city center to have dinner. Another convenience was the laundry service with the clothes returned the same day.

Amazonia Deluxe Calle 13 is situated in Leticia. Boasting private check-in and check-out, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Super spacious and beautiful apartment. Wel equipped. Great check in and very helpful service. Good location quiet and only a few minutes walking to wherever things are happening. Just in case it has good air conditioning.

Casa amazilia is a recently renovated guest house in Leticia, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, open-air bath and garden. The owner was very accommodating. Our Spanish was terrible, but she was so nice and helped us with everything.

Located in Leticia, Hotel CHAFO features an outdoor swimming pool, terrace and free WiFi. The accommodation provides room service, a 24-hour front desk and currency exchange for guests. I really liked my stay at Hotel Chafo. It's run by the local family. All of them were very nice and accommodating. The room was very clean and had everything what I needed. The place is located in a quiet and safe area. I really enjoyed my evening walks seeing the everyday life around. Really recommended! Thank you again!

Cabañas alto del aguila in Puerto Nariño features 2-star accommodation with a garden. The hotel has family rooms. Little piece of paradise in the middle of the Amazons. The place is absolutely amazing, full of animals all the time, but the best thing are the people who run it. Elena and Fray are just amazing, always available, smiling, extremely nice and funny. Thanks, it was a real pleasure to meet you. It's a must, if you miss it you will regret it ;)

Very friendly and helpful. They knew local guide who spoke good English and he done all our tours. Breakfast was great. Easy to get to everything. Mosquito net put up at night and room cleaned daily
