A recently renovated apartment, Centro Macas offers accommodation in Macas. The property features mountain and city views. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. As the name suggests, The accomodation is located in a very convenient central part of the city. Many fairly priced restaurants around, and if you want to splurge, there are some upper-market cafes a short walking distance also. And as a cherry on the cake, there are some great views of a nearby, frequently erupting volcano Rosa, the host, goes above and beyond making sure you feel welcome, comfortable, and are armed with enough knowledge to get the most out of her city. I originally stayed here as a stop over town to break up my travels. But ended up staying a little longer because I enjoyed it so much.

With mountain views, Mamallacta Páramo Lodge is situated in Papallacta and has a restaurant, a kids' club, bar, garden, terrace and children's playground. Some units have a seating area and/or a... the staff is always so helpful and friendly. The facilities are beautiful, eclectic and arty.

TAGUA LODGE features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and restaurant in Tena. The hotel provides both free WiFi and free private parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although I was the only guest they had I was able to make use of all facilities including the bar. They even opened the kitchen for me in the evening and I got a fresh and tasty dinner. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Facing the beachfront, Rio Quijos EcoLodge offers 5-star accommodation in El Chaco and has a garden, private beach area and shared lounge. The location is excellent, the staff are excellent and the food is delicious, highly recommend if you are interested in birds as it has excellent feeders on the patio and torrent duck on the river
