We were welcomed by a friendly smile and our room was great! Bed was comfortable, hot water was perfect, and the inclusion of a small fridge and kettle were very helpful with saving a bit of money on breakfasts. Location is great - easy walk to the docks and close by to Concha for snorkelling. They offer all the most popular Isabela tours, and the prices they quoted us were much better than what we’d already pre-paid on Santa Cruz. Would recommend and will definitely be back!

She was so communicative and responsive from the moment we booked and throughout our stay. She sat down with us and told us about her favorite restaurants, lent us aloe when I got sunburned, and let us borrow her fins since we had had trouble finding some in the size we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with hot water in the shower and an air conditioner that worked well. We ended up booking a few tours through her as too and we were so pleased with the quality of those as well. Can't recommend the Black Pearl enough!

Hotel LA GRAN TORTUGA - ᯤ STARLINK ligger i Isla Isabela i Puerto Villamil, 4 minutters gang fra Puerto Villamil Strand. Dette hotel har 3 stjerner. Her er en have, aircondition og gratis wi-fi. The two owners are so so nice and patient and helpful. They spent an incredibly huge amount of time every day to help us with all our requests and bad preparation ;-) The tour they organised was excellent and cheap (never book online, always directly!) and they easily got us ferry tickets. All of that on very short notice (for the next day). The hotel is like 5 min from the center of the city and clean, the beds are comfortable, the water pressure okay. The main benefit of booking this hotel is clearly the two owners. They are so nice and caring, I just can't find the words to describe how that felt...

The staff Carlos was very kind and attentive to us. The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was good too! I sometimes didn't want to go out because the room was so comfortable with a nice AC! Comparing to what we paid in other islands, this place was definitely worth every penny.

Det var et utrolig hyggeligt sted. Der var en gårdhave i midten, hvor der var en lille pool, hængekøjer samt borde og stole. Meget dejligt. Der var gratis vand og mulighed for kaffe hele tiden. Der blev serveret dejligt morgenmad hver dag. Personalet var virkelig meget imødekommende og hjælpsomme.
