Grand view of the pyramids. Good food. Very friendly staff, we came from east Asian and often forgot tips but the staff smile as the same. Great value too, with the cost we paid the have great service. My group have not been used to the local cuisine but surprisingly my family likes the food here the decent varieties. (Just a bit of slow when serving more people).

Boasting a shared lounge, terrace and views of city, Madina Hostel is situated in Cairo, 300 metres from Tahrir Square. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, it made a huge difference that they let us rest in the lobby both before check-in and after check-out, since we arrived early in the morning and left late at night. The breakfast was honestly the best we had in all of Cairo. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The location is perfect, everything is close by and easy to reach. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone we met was genuinely helpful and good-hearted. We honestly couldn’t imagine a better stay.

Excellent service, stayed up late after midnight as our flight was delayed for check in and helped us with booking of museum tickets. Breakfast with an amazing view and 3’ walk from the pyramid entrance.
