Excellent, amazing staff especially Valentina who is a role model on how customer satisfaction should look like with attention to every single detail and ensuring a pleasant stay. Breakfast is really good with good variety and quality, location is good close to Ciutadella, pool is clean and lovely

Hostal Menurka asub Ciutadella vaikses piirkonnas Alfonso III väljaku kõrval, 5-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel katedraalist. I took a single room for one traveler, perfect staff, perfect location, big free public parking very near and enough parking space (white for free and blue that you should pay). Quiet place, good breakfast and a nice rooftop.

The Cala Bona y Mar Blava is set 100 metres from a sheltered beach, in the historic Menorcan town of Ciutadella. It has an outdoor pool and a sun terrace. Everything was perfect. Super friendly staff, comfy room, great location, and the little cala is priceless.

Cala Llonga Hotel is situated on the Menorcan coast, facing Mahón Harbour. It has an outdoor swimming pool with children’s pool, sea views and gardens. Everything was impeccable , but I have to highlight the staff’s service. The attention to detail is just great

Hotel ARTIEM Capri is just 500 meters from Mahon’s main shops and bars. Es Grau Beach is 8 km away and S’Albufera Nature Reserve is within 7 km. This hotel deserves its 4 stars. Its great! Everyone in reception was welcoming and friendly - particularly Danni who gave me info on the Cami de Chevals. My room was a good size, well decorated, with sophisticated lighting and heating systems. The bed was super comfortable. The food in the lounge was delicious. My room was cleaned every day. The pool, jacuzzi, steam room on the 6th floor looked lovely but I didn't use them. The location was perfect - close to the bus station and the center of town with lots of shops around.

Set within a nature reserve, the beachfront ARTIEM Audax - Adults Only offers a free WiFi zone and an outdoor pool, overlooking Menorca’s Cala Galdana Bay. It was modern, very good breakfast and food in general. Staff was very helpful and nice - Marta from reception and Marcus - airline lost our luggage and they helped us have fast solutions to our lack of personal care kits. Very good!

Everything is about the customer experience — and Es Mirador truly delivers. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The room was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and the location couldn’t be better. We’ll definitely be coming back!
