The staff was more than great. They helped us to get there during "Christmas Market" season, which is really challenging. The breakfast is great: everything fresh, nice staff, I extremely recommend it.

Located opposite Strasbourg TGV Train Station, this eco-friendly Boutique Hotel is just 1.7 km from the city centre and a 5-minute walk from the picturesque Petite France district. Great location. The hotel is next to the train station and the city center. Breakfast was the best one I've ever had in a hotel!

Château de Pourtalès is located in the north area of Strasbourg. It has witnessed years of European history, welcoming some of the most important musicians, philosophers and poets. Both indoor and outdoor Ambiance of the hotel was amazing. We loved it. The staff was so helpful

We had a wonderful stay with Jonathan during the early Christmas period. Remarkably, he had welcomed a baby boy into his family on the very morning we arrived, yet he was still incredibly available, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. His kindness and warmth truly stood out and made us feel completely at home. We were three girls travelling from England, Germany, and Switzerland, and we felt extremely safe both at Jonathan’s place and while exploring Strasbourg. In fact, the three of us have already agreed that whenever we return to Strasbourg, we won’t stay anywhere else. The house was spotless and beautifully put together, clearly cared for with a lot of love and attention to detail. Everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay was provided: towels, a hairdryer, TV, espresso machine, microwave, and more, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location is absolutely perfect, 10/10. Everything is within walking distance, and the tram stops right below the building, which makes getting around incredibly easy. We took a tram pass and found everything extremely convenient. There is also a grocery store directly below the building, which was very convenient. We truly cannot recommend Jonathan and his place highly enough. We’re already looking forward to coming back to Strasbourg just to stay here again and experience such warm and genuine hospitality.

Great and very big, fully equipped apartment, great location, easy instructions sent by the host prior to arrival. Big bonus is a sauna inside, which we didn't use due to lack of time. We stayed for a night only, and unluckily for us it was raining heavily that evening, so we did not manage to walk in the city center. Was also a bit tricky to find a nice restaurant to have a dinner, as everything was booked inside and outside places unavailable due to the rain. Parking - we were given instructions for the garage nearby, but 7pm -9am its free in the bays next to the building.

The apartment was definitely the best choice we could have. The host was very nice, the apartment was spacious and very clean. The apartment had all the necessary things, the kitchen was better equipped than any other apartment I have booked. The beds were very comfortable and large and the apartment was very quiet. This is a unique place that I recommend to all travelers.

The location was exceptional, making it easy to access everything in the city. The host was very kind and welcoming. They allowed us to check in earlier than the scheduled time, which I really appreciated, and the check-out process was smooth and effortless. I highly recommend this place, and if I ever return to Strasbourg, I will definitely choose this accommodation again.
