I'll take a moment to thank some individuals who made it a more personable touch although all were exceptional these individuals made our stay that much more inclusive, the day spa crew are welcoming patient and show care and dedication to all that they do, Tassos Ftaklas you will see him with a big smile greeted and making your experience more personable thank you, Aris from the italian restaurant showcased exceptional service , Amalia from the Greek restaurant Ellendiko deserves more recognition and credit Amalia took the time to get to know our table and ensured we experienced a true Greek experience, thank you Amalia , last but not least Gregoria from the bar, from the start you epitomised outstanding customer service your friendly smile and warm goodbye showed the true Rhoditian spirit . I'll leave with this I come from a service background I know what good service looks like, to me it is the ability to treat all your guests like royalty. Set on 78.000 m2 area on a green hill with panoramic sea with stylish village design in various quarters , this 5-star Esperos Village Resort is situated in the popular Faliraki. Destaco la tranquilidad, las hermosas vistas, la limpieza en general y todo lo verde que rodea el lugar. También me encantó el detalle por mi cumpleaños: recibir una nota de felicitación y una mini torta, un gesto muy especial que el equipo del hotel preparó gracias a la solicitud de mi pareja. Fue un bonito detalle que hizo mi estadía aún más memorable. Por lo demás haré un video recomendando este hermoso lugar.

El Blue Lagoon City Hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad de Kos, a solo 200 metros del puerto, y dispone de pileta, bar restaurante junto a la pileta y zona de spa con gimnasio y pileta... Todo!! La ubicación ideal, a dos minutos de bares y restaurantes. El personal súper amable, me atendieron como una reina. La habitación súper cómoda, espaciosa e impecable. Recomiendo y volvería!

I stayed at this hotel on a solo trip, and the experience was simply WOW! Everything was brand new — my room was huge, beautifully designed, and had a spacious balcony with direct access to the pool. Everything looked exactly like the pictures! I spent 4 nights here and would absolutely will visit again! Breakfast was fantastic — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented. The hotel was spotless and felt very hygienic. I loved the Korres toiletries — a thoughtful touch with quality natural products. I want to give a huge shoutout to Jenya, the amazing bartender. She truly made my stay even more special. Her cocktails were not only delicious but crafted with care and creativity. She also made excellent coffee every morning. What stood out most was her warmth — always smiling, attentive, and genuinely kind. It's rare to meet someone so professional yet so personal. Thank you, Jenya! Even at full occupancy, the hotel was peaceful and quiet — ideal for relaxing. Soft background music plays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., setting a soothing tone. Only 2 minutes' walk to the beach — perfect for sunset lovers like me. Without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!
