Entirely refurbished (including the bathroom and the electricity), very comfortable, prime location. We loved our rooms - and they belonged only to the hotel’s cheapest, “budget “category 🙂. Staff were really nice and breakfast was lovely.

The front desk manager went over and above to find us a ground floor room as we were travelling with our dog. They even added a couple of bowls and a blanket for her! The next day he greeted her by her name, which was so lovely. The dog park at the back of the hotel is a brilliant idea. For humans, we had a large room, very comfortable beds, large marble-clad bathroom with a bath and all the amenities one would want, including a coffee maker and good Wifi. Breakfast was lavish. Definitely on our 'must stay here' list when next in Ioannina.
