Evangelia was a wonderful host! She arranged transportation for us last minute and just so welcoming! I would have loved to have stayed longer! I would book again if I come back. I have stayed in many places and this one can’t be beat the view the cleanliness the service the food the privacy the modern amenities. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is amazing close to the beach restaurant the center just overall an amazing place! Don’t think twice stay here you won’t regret it. And thank you to the owner Lefteris for accommodating my last minute requests with a smile I appreciate you so much thank you for everything! The best most modern property for people and groups of all ages and just such an overall amazing experience. The pool is completely private and quite large super clean too! Just stunning! Perfect location, between Mylopotas Beach and the town center Chora which is accessible in a few minutes on foot, and bus stops are also very nearby to reach Mylopotas and the various interesting places in Ios. Space apartment, daily cleaned, and fully equipped (washing machine, iron, safe, etc.). A very pleasant little private balcony too. Of course, the two swimming pools with the cocktail bar are eye-catching and undeniably a highlight of the property. But what I liked most was the team's sense of hospitality, friendliness, and competence. Special thanks to Katerina, Irene, and Efigenia for their personalized recommendations for activities and quality restaurants that suited my tastes, and simply for the quality of our discussions. All of this allowed me to fully enjoy my stay in Ios. The cocktail/bar service provided by Efigenia by the pool greatly contributed to the conviviality of the place. The free transfer provided by Katerina, both upon my arrival at the port of Ios and upon my departure, is also noteworthy and much appreciated. You’ll come for the breathtaking sea view and stay for the quality of the overall experience. I highly recommend it!

Offering an outdoor pool and views of the sea, Gianemma is set in Mylopotas, just 150 metres from the beach. Ios Town is just 1 km away. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Great location if you want to stay near Mylopotas Beach - only a few minutes walk down the hill to the beach. Lovely spacious apartment - we got upgraded to a room with a private pool after there was a problem with our original booking. Very clean and great having fresh linen each day. The shared pool is lovely with an amazing view over the beach. About 1.5km walk uphill to the Old Town of Ios, but there is a bus stop right outside and restaurants close by on the beach.
