A recently renovated aparthotel in Sarti and within 300 metres of Sarti Beach, Alexandrion Appartments Upper Town Adults Only has a terrace, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. The place is brand new, clean, and well-maintained, with an option for breakfast, which was good. It’s close to the center and the beach. We came with low expectations and left more than satisfied.

Ergon Beach House Nikiti asub Nikitis. Kohapeal on spordikeskus, aed, terrass ja restoran. Our stay was incredible! The residence was very comfortable, super clean and tidy. The whole complex is great! The restaurant, shop, bar and the beach are super close and everything is very convenient. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food was delicious, the breakfast is amazing! We had a great and relaxing time, definitely will come back!

Four Shades Luxury Suites asub Sartis, 300 meetri kaugusel Sarti rannast ja 700 meetri kaugusel Achlada rannast. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. We booked a King Suite, which has 2 levels and it was perfect for us with a toddler as we had the chance to sit inside and do other activities without disturbing. I like that it came equipped with 2 bathrooms and the small kitchenette had all the basic necessities. Parking is available and free on the street in front of the property! The view outside is ok as it’s within the village, but you still have a view towards the hills. The beach is in walking distance, maybe 5 minutes altogether. Very helpful and nice host.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The design was absolutely stunning – modern, clean, and minimalist, with high-quality materials used throughout. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and very well maintained. The hotel is small, quiet, and peaceful – which made it the perfect place to relax and recharge. There was a calm atmosphere throughout, and even the music from the beachside restaurant was pleasant and never too loud – just the right background for a laid-back holiday. The pool area was excellent, and the on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations – the food was delicious every single time. The services at the reception, or at the restaurant and especially on the beach, was top-notch: professional, attentive, and always with a smile. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone – from the reception team to the restaurant crew and housekeeping – was incredibly kind, always smiling, and genuinely attentive. Their warm attitude created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The location was perfect, with everything we needed right at our fingertips. It was a relaxing and refreshing holiday for us, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

The location of the building is very convenient, close to the center of Neos Marmaras, as well as to shops, cafes and restaurants, the central beach is about 4-5 minutes away by car. The place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing,very kind and very helpful. They take care of us every day the two ladies who maintain the building, they gave us detailed information about the places we were visiting as well as restaurants,beaches and places around. We spent such a great time in that luxury suites and deffinetly we will come back and choose same place for our next vacantion in Chalkidiki.

BEST PARADISE IN NIKITI asub Nikitis, Nikiti rannast 500 meetri ja Kastri rannast 2,7 km kaugusel. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. We had a great time at Best Paradise! Everything was perfect – the place is cozy and beautiful, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. A special shoutout to Jonis, the Big Boss dog – he made our stay even more special! Thank you for everything!

Aia, terrassi ning konditsioneeri, terrassi ja tasuta WiFi-ühendusega Melian Suites asub Nikiti rannast 1,4 km kaugusel. Apartemendis on peretoad. The place was very clean and cozy, had a big balcony with a view to the sea. The host was very friendly and helpful!

Privaatse basseini ja mäevaatega NOCE Luxury Villas Resort asub Vourvourou's. Basseini- ja aiavaatega majutusasutus jääb Fava rannast 1,2 km kaugusele. The villa is new and was very clean. They even cleaned every other day. Тhere is a wonderful view of the sea and olive trees, a very beautiful and well-maintained lawn, although small. There was warm and clean water in the pool which was also cleaned every morning. Modern furnishings, three bathrooms on each floor, air conditioning and TV in every room and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine with Nespresso capsules for great coffee. Porch with a huge solid table and comfortable chairs, sunbeds and umbrella. And last but not least the hosts were extremely kind, they welcomed us and sent us off with lots of gifts and help with everything without being intrusive. Thank you very much!
