Overall, it feels homey. The best thing is that, the host offered us to stay an extra day without extra cost, just because we initially planning to stay only one night, but to access the clubhouse we need to register our finger print to the management office, and it will active after 24 hours. Great! Check in process was easy - although Kozy will not meet you there, they are available online and reply instantly. Apartment was very clean and had everything needed including drinking water. Comfy beds and pillows, and convenient balcony. Location was also very easy, close to the venue we needed to reach (BSD City) as well as Aeon Mall next door (both around 20rb rp via grab). Will definitely stay here again next visit to Tangerang.
