Loved seeing it at all different times of the day. Loved being able to walk along the waterfront path to the main area. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you could need. The host was wonderful- with excellent communication. I would definitely recommend this for your stay!

We stayed at Ritz Residence for 4 nights and it was our best stay in Malaysia so far. From the beginning the communication was excellent and we got provided with useful details as to what address exactly to type in the Grab app and how go get in the building. The room is beautiful and modern and it was spotlessly cleaned and smelled really nice. The whole stay was a joy, they kelt checking on us making sure we were happy with everything. There are two pools and a gym also and a bit if a playground for kids. We swam there every day and exercised a little. Thank you for everything to all the Ritz Residence staff and hopefully see you again in the future.

The room was large and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was abundant with a huge variety, and the staff were very kind, attentive, warm. We loved it. The swimming pool was decent, nothing special.
