The place was extremely clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and organized from the moment I arrived. What truly stood out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. Any question or request I had was handled immediately and with a smile. Their professionalism and warm attitude made the stay even better. Overall, this is one of the best properties I’ve stayed in — spotless, comfortable, and supported by the best team. The staff are super friendly and helpful and they are attentive to individual needs. There are also 2 living rooms so there is lots of space to sit, work, eat from. Overall i really enjoyed my stay and when i am back i'd love to stay there again!

The location was excellent for visiting the old city. You can walk to just about everything and if you need something from a modern store, the outdoor mall is just a short walk outside of the Jaffa gate, which is close to the hotel. The view from our room looking towards the old city was excellent. There were eateries just outside of the hotel along with small shops with food and drinks.
