The best part about my trip to Sikkim was my stay at The Sherpa's Abode. The view from the room was fantastic, the staff were also very cordial and warm especially, Vinay, Savita and Suraj. The food that was served by them was always warm and fresh and felt like we were eating at a relative's home. The host Nima Uncle is such a sweet and kind person. He shared his life stories with us which were so inspiring, he helped out with arranging taxi transportation and also gave hacks on taking care at higher altitudes. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, which is so rare to see these days.

This farm stay is the ultimate destination when visiting this region. Surrounded by nature and offering a breathtaking view, we could even see the Kangchenjunga from our bed. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. We particularly cherished our dinner and breakfast on the hotel's terrace. However, it's essential to have plenty of patience because communicating with the staff can be challenging, and understanding each other is even more so. The farm stay is located approximately 35 minutes on foot from the nearest town, and the staff wasn't very helpful in arranging transportation, even a taxi (referred to as a tourist vehicle). One important note: Despite what booking.com may indicate about free booking and cancellation, a 10% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

The homestay itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. Every detail reflects care and comfort, which added greatly to the overall charm of the retreat. What made our experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service from Alisha and Akash. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. From ensuring our comfort to promptly assisting with any requests, their hospitality went above and beyond expectations. They made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thanks to the wonderful homestay and the dedication of Alisha and Akash, our time at Di Lac Retreat was both relaxing and heartwarming. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent service and warm hospitality.

Set in Gangtok, 1.2 km from Ganesh Tok View Point, Cosmic Buddha Bnb features views of the mountain. The place is really nice and clean. I am sure because its recently opened. Met the host Hersh there. Such a good vibe he is. Happy to have good travel experience after long time. Must recommended for travellers and backpackers.

I am thankful that I booked this homestay for my first time stay in pelling. Amazing place and great hospitality. This place is so warm, comforting and homely type. Nabhasa Courtyard Home & Apartment Stay asub Gangtokis, Banjhakri joast ja pargist vaid 500 meetri kaugusel. Majutusruumidest avaneb vaade mägedele. WiFi-ühendus ja eraparkla kasutamine on tasuta. The comfort of the large apartment and hospitality of the owners was exceptional. The family went out of their way to welcome me into their home and this had real value to me as a solo traveller. I wish I had planned a longer stay!
