For a short holiday in early May, we discovered this hotel and were absolutely delighted with it. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the breakfast was perfect. It has an ideal location for long walks on the beach. In May, it was serene, though it might be quite crowded during the summer. The staff were very kind and helpful. We sincerely recommend this hotel.

After many travels in Italy, I can confirm that this is the most spotless hotel I have ever seen. Location is perfect in Rimini, the staff is super helpful. Cheap (5€ / day) parking spot provided nearby. The breakfast buffet is legendary, way beyond *** standards. Excellent in every way, highly recommended.

There was a wide variety for the breakfast buffet, which was slightly different each day. The hotel was very clean and ideal location. We enjoyed the use of the rooftop pool too. Staff were very accommodating and paid attention to small details.

Seamless check-in process with relaxed and friendly staff. Spotless rooms with beautiful sheets, cleaning was thorough and not disruptive. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of charcuterie and pastry options, and the coffee was exceptional. Location was ideal, with an abundance of fantastic restaurants across the road. Great value for money, we had a wonderful stay.

Very clean & spotless accommodation, great helpful host who gave us lots of information about the beautiful city. The location was perfect, 15 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes to the centre. The welcome pack is a very nice touch from the owner. It was lovely. Breakfast was perfect, kitchen with a lovely seated balcony.

Everything was perfect. Central location but not too noisy. Very clean room ideal for a couple. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. There were lots of amendities - few bottles of water and snacks, also coffee pods.

Excellent property, spotlessly clean, in a fantastic location only minutes from Piazza Maggiore. Communication with Andrea was really easy, you are provided with a code to enter the property so no waiting around any problems or questions quick message to Andrea and it was dealt with.
