The apartment is very close to the train station and to the city center. The facade is old and classy, but the inside is quite new and comfortable. It also had a washing machine which was greatly appreciated as we were on a long trip.

The property is in a great central location. The building feels safe and the code key entry system works perfectly. The room was spacious and clean. The management/owner is very responsive and kind. I do recommend staying here.

The building is nicly renovated. The room itself is not big but was designed with thought so it feels spacious. In the kitchen nice dishes and everything you need. Super clean! It felt as if we were the first guests.

We had a very nice room, big enough for 2 person. Appreciated a comfortable sofa chair and small table in the room. Also a nicely filled mini bar fridge and tasty welcome cookies. Everything at this small hotel is made with attention to detail. The breakfast in the nice downstairs cellar is set up for self service and had a excellent selection! The owner and staff is very friendly and offered us to keep our luggage in the hotel until our train was leaving. Highly recommended to stay here for some nights in Domodossola. Grazie!

Even though we arrived earlier than the official check-in time, our room was already prepared and ready for us. We were warmly welcomed by a very kind and pleasant administrator, Claudio (I hope I spelled the name correctly). She was incredibly friendly and attentive. Before our arrival, she had already warmed up the room with a heater, which made us feel immediately comfortable. She also provided water, snacks, tea, coffee, cookies, and sweets - such a thoughtful and generous gesture. She explained everything clearly and made sure we had all the information we needed. The room was perfectly clean, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay was available. The cleanliness was excellent. I sincerely and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. We felt truly cared for and at home.
