A very smart, modern hotel, built to a good specification and with ample (free) parking. It is very conveniently locqted within easy walking distance of the town centre, several good restaurants, a shopping, and a number of convenience stores. The room was spacious, storage was adequate, the bed comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, and the air conditioning worked well, as did the Wi-Fi. Altogether, we stayed for five nights, initially booking for three and then another two later in our holiday. The staff well helpful and friendly and the breakfast, although mostly Arabic, did have some western cuisine on offer.

Super huge double bed and hand made breakfast. A family owned hotel, managed by the son of the family. Edward was exquisitely helpful! He help us with the rest of our journey, suggested alternatives, provided instructions, and did the absolute extra mile! He also offered a late check out, without even asking for it. Totally recommend it to feel like home!!

Omar was exceptional 👏 he made sure I got anything I needed and stayed in contact with me until I arrived. He also went to get me food because I arrived late and tired without me asking. the hotel also managed to order a taxi for me to get to the airport on time. This was an excellent stay for us and I wish we could stay longer. The beds and room was comfortable the ac worked well, the kitchen was fully stocked and there was a washing machine and drying rack. In addition there was tea and coffee. The location was perfect to walk anywhere. The owners were friendly and helpful and made us feel very comfortable. This is a full mini apartment! The kitchen area was fully stocked and there was all the necessary amenities including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, towels, etc.

We were really impressed with this hotel. We stayed here upon our late night arrival into Jordan, locating it quite easy, even in the dark. We actually liked it so much we stayed here on our last night in Jordan as well. It’s actually a great base for the entire region, just outside of Amman, but within easy reach of the Dead Sea and many other tourist attractions of central and northern Jordan. Plenty of free parking on site in a secure lot. We received a very warm welcome from the owner and he made sure our stay was top notch and worry free. All of the staff here were excellent – very service focused , friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, with fridge and AC and good Wifi internet. We weren’t bothered by any outside city noises (contrary to some previous reviews) and had a great sleep. We were impressed that all of the minibar drinks and snacks were complimentary – nice touch! The breakfast was amazing! Plenty of fresh fruit and traditional Jordanian dishes, and it turned out to be the best breakfast we experienced during our 2 weeks in Jordan. We absolutely loved it! Plus the fact you can sit outside and eat it. We also had our best evening meal in Jordan here as well – not to be missed!! Surprisingly, there is a very well-equipped gym on site. Plenty of cardio gear and lots of free weights and machine weights.
