The staff were excellent, very friendly approachable and gave us a warm welcoming. The view of fuji from our villa was exactly like described and pictured! It was spacious and the highlight for us was the projector to watch movies late into the night.

Set within 5.3 km of Lake Kawaguchi and 7.7 km of Fuji-Q Highland in Fujikawaguchiko, Retreat Camp Mahoroba offers accommodation with seating area. It's very beautiful and relaxing location. I suggest everyone should check-in early, and walk around the camp. The view is amazing.

We have a Japanese style room with mountain and lake view exactly as described. Onsen in the hotel is great especially the 7th floor

Lake Kawaguchi is a wonder to admire. The hotel, with its front lake location is really stunning, and the hot water springs are gorgeus.

Manor House features a hot spring bath and a hot tub, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Yamanakako, 21 km from Fuji-Q Highland. Lovely host, rented bicycles free of charge which made it easy to explore the local area. Amazing views of Fuji. Room seemed newly upgraded and was lovely. The private Onsens were great.

Set within 2.4 km of Lake Kawaguchi and 2.8 km of Fuji-Q Highland, HaoStay河口湖駅前 offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Fujikawaguchiko. It’s cheap and near the station, mt. Fuji can be viewed from the room window. The staff is very accomodating.

Ginkgo House ギンコハウス is set in Fujiyoshida, 2.9 km from Fuji-Q Highland, 7 km from Lake Kawaguchi, and 25 km from Mount Fuji. I liked the key-pad system. It was very easy to navigate. The provided instructions were very helpful. I loved the location of Ginkgo House. It was very walkable to the majority of the destinations I wanted to see (especially the famous Honcho Street). I would 100% stay here again whether it was by myself again, or with others.

Located in Gotemba, 24 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station, edit x seven FUJI GOTEMBA provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The view of the mountain was absolutely stunning, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Being a new hotel, the amenities were fantastic and the room clothes were lovely and soft. Laundry facilities were convenient and easy to use as well.
