Excellent price to quality ratio and very well located near the gate while remaining super private. The tents and shared toilets are amazingly clean, which is rare for a budget rented camp. You can see giraffes and zebras from your tent, which is incredible. Best of all has to be the staff - Nelson and the team are always ready to help and very friendly. The food by Chef Nelson is excellent and they’re very flexible to dietary restrictions. All in all, I was very glad I chose this place compared to other expensive lodges.

Sandra - definitely the best coordinator I have ever dealt with. On the outset of the planning, she already laid out almost everything that is needed, from detailed costing of activities, timings and possible customization of game drives, to the transparency of the payments. It was a pleasure to plan the trip with her. Francis - our transfer from Nairobi and vice versa. Definitely ask Sandra for this guy for the transfer. You will be surprised at what he can offer on a transfer that's supposedly just plain and simple. Gilbert, Daniel, Joshua - the reception and the servers in the restaurant. Very hardworking people. They are there in both early dinners and quick coffee very early the next day. Very detailed in explaining the inclusions in the room and in the menu. They are also fun to speak with. Checking with you how the daily safaris went. Special mention to Joshua who was very funny. Duncan - a very polite guy helping us with anything in the room. From cleaning the room to putting up and down the zipped curtains outside the tent. Julias - the camp's very own chef. I have zero complaints to the taste and quality of the food. The soups were particularly amazing. Being lactose intolerant, the least I need is an upset stomach on a full day game drive and the team literally made the food dairy free. This is the service I can only expect in an ultra luxury 5-star hotel. Joseph - last but definitely not the least. Probably one of the best game drivers Maasai Mara has to offer. He is very skilled in tracking predator animals. There are times when we came late to the sightings, but once we were there, he was definitely the first one to drive towards the next stop where the big cats would pass through. We had moments where the lions rest in the shadow of our jeep and the leopards pass through us.

For my needs and expectations, everything was fulfilled, even beyond the measure and initial expectations. The location of the campsite is great, right next to a river full of life (hippo, crocodile, lots of birds and Dik-Dik antelope right in the campsite, ...). The camp staff is just as wonderful as the food offerings. Comfort and equipment in the tent are more than enough for me. The possibility to charge the batteries and even the reach of the wifi signal, which is otherwise only available in the common areas of the camp. The campsite is very close to the Talek entrance gate, so it's really just a short off-road drive to the Masai Mara reserve. No more than 2-3 minutes. Drinking water is available all day and you can take it in your own bottles, even for a day-long game drive expedition. That is a very nice offer. Likewise, the attitude of Mustafa, the owner of the campsite, is very great! I definitely recommend this campsite and I definitely want to come back to it again in the future. However, what could definitely be improved is the stability of the power supply, which is apparently powered by an external generator and has been switching off/dropping quite often. And every morning it turned off very early, despite the fact that it was still dark or dim.

Veilscape Mara Camp is a recently renovated luxury tent in Masai Mara, where guests can make the most of its garden and bar. The property has garden views. Good beds, nice staff and good food! Great location

Mara Hilltop features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and bar in Sekenani. The kitchen team went above and beyond to ensure my family had the best breakfast options during our stay .

Set in Narok, 3 Jays Homes provides accommodation with seating area. This apartment offers free private parking, full-day security and free WiFi. The apartment features family rooms. We had a wonderful stay at 3 Jays Homes in Narok. The host was incredibly kind, very helpful, and communicated clearly throughout our visit. The place itself is spotless—clean, tidy, and exactly as described in her listing. The small kitchen had all the necessary kitchenette amenities, though we were unfortunately too tired to cook as we had just arrived from Nakuru. We also appreciated the good security. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would highly recommend it.

The food was simple traditional and very delicious. The view from the campsite was absolutely beautiful, no Tv just there to enjoy nature and get the full Masai Mara experience. The staff were all so friendly and helpful towards our family giving our children a fun experience also.

We booked a full-day and a half-day safari through the hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Everyone we met was kind and dedicated to ensuring we are happy. Joseph (in the last picture, wearing green shirt and khaki jeans) was our host, who arranged all our safaris and transportation—and has since become a good friend. Mark (Bule shirt and Black jacket) was the person of humor, who call himself "rino driver" and lead us to a rhino. And the handsome in white shirt (apologies, I’ve forgotten your name)--though he wasn’t driving, he spent the whole day with us. Of course, the hotel staff were also very kind to us. Safari with Masai guides is defenitely worth it. They are highly professional when it comes to finding animals. We set out before 5:30 am in the dark, so that we can see the animals when they are active in the morning. On our first day, by 9 a.m., we had already seen elephants, lions(both females and males), buffalos, African wild dogs(I think so?),various antelopes and many other animals I can't name. Later, we also saw zebras, giraffes, ostrich, cheatah, even letard and rhinoceros. We saw everything we had hoped for, and there were even many surprises. So it's definitely worth it to safari with them, and the camp is also a good place to stay.
