We received the location in advance, were welcomed and guided on arrival, served a proper and tasty dinner even though we arrived very late, and in the morning the team was flexible and supportive with our situation - all with genuine friendliness and smiles. They even washed our car, which was such a lovely surprise.

My wife enjoyed some fresh oranges from the garden near our room, and when we mentioned it to the staff, they were so gracious about it. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and this is truly a nice place to stay.
