The property was prepared well with greenery surrounding. Owner and sfatt Mr. Lyyon very friendly and helpful during our stay. Food was very delicious. I would to stay again once I travel to Kep province.

It's located a couple of meters away from the main street so it's rather quiet and you won't hear any traffic at night. Rooms are simple but totally fine. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was checked in properly and settled in. One staff member knocked on my door and said that he could bring my motorcycle nearer my room to ensure I knew it would be safe. The women at the front desk were charming.

We were greeted at the front by Mel who offered us a cold glass of water. The villa is spectacular it’s the most comfortable bed I have ever lay on! The room was lovely and smelled amazing. It’s like a 5 star hotel but with the bonus of having home cooked food, cakes and drinks. Very reasonable prices and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who wants to live in beautiful surroundings, with lovely owners, and where it’s so quiet and peaceful at night. They also have a beautiful swimming pool and a rather extensive library which is great to unwind in after a long day at the beach! Ten out of ten all round. Will definitely be going back.
