The management and the lovely staff made our stay brialliant. Everyone is so kind and smilling, very accomodating and attentive with their guests. The hotel is spotless clean, confortable and the location is good and safe. It was our best stay in Cambodia. Best regards to Jack and his team!

It was exactly (or maybe even better) than the published photos (usually it’s the other way around, as properties often publish very outdated or retouched photos). The facilities were amazing. The jungle-like vegetation and decoration makes this hotel a true oasis in the middle of the city. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and had a very good bathroom as well (which was not displayed in Booking.com pictures so we were pleasantly surprised to find a completely separated shower - not so common in Southeast Asia). The staff was very friendly and helpful and welcomed us with a refreshing beverage and cold towels during check-in. Pool-side restaurant/bar service was also excellent with great options for lunch/dinner but also great breakfast - although it is not buffet, you can choose from a decent size list of options (some more western some more Asian) and request as many items and as many times you want. As a nice plus, guests can access the facilities of another nearby hotel: pool (which we did not use so we cannot rate) and fitness center (which was very well equipped with some machines, a great rack with bumpers up to 25kg and also all the fractionals, dumbbells up to 14kgs, AC, complementary water, etc). We could not really ask for more. Highly recommended!

Located in Phnom Penh, 1.7 km from Vattanac Capital, Luxcity Hotel & Apartment provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness centre, and a bar. Everything was perfect! Staff is very kind and welcoming, room was always clean and had very nice view. Rooftop bar/restaurant and pool were great addition with beautiful views of the whole city. Spa experience was very nice as well, and free parking is useful. We can definitely recommend this place :)

Penh House Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and bar in Phnom Penh. This 4-star hotel offers a concierge service and a tour desk. The soundproofing was amazing! We faced the street during the full moon Water Festival and when we closed the door it was surprisingly quiet! Pool is lovely. Breakfast doesn’t vary but it was good. The staff, especially those at the front desk and the breakfast waitstaff were wonderful. Our dinners were the least liked thing at this hotel. Our burgers were undercooked even after sending it back, no reparations made even though it wasn’t finished. My leftovers were discarded unintentionally and a discount was given upon my request. So a reparation and not in the same meal. Overall a great location and good stay.

Set in a restored French colonial villa adjacent to the Royal Palace, Palace Gate Hotel & Resort offers accommodations in Phnom Penh with views of the Tonle Sap River. From the moment I arrived at Palace Gate I felt so welcomed and valued. The welcome drink and cold towel was very much appreciated, and the check in process was very smooth. The whole feel of the hotel was calm and serene, little a lovely little oasis in the middle of a bustling city. The room I had was beautiful, clean, spacious and with a wonderful view of the river. Despite being in a busy area, the room was quiet and I couldnt hear traffic or outside noise at all. Slept really well on a very comfortable bed. The pool was fantastic, swam every day, with some delicious cocktails poolside in the evening. Pool snacks were very tasty too! I dodnt get the chance to eat at the restaurant while I was staying but the food there looked amazing. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very attentive - special thanks to Sokkeang who gave me some great advice for my stay. Would definitely go back :)

Located just 700 metres from the Tonle Sap River, Aquarius Hotel and Urban Resort features an outdoor saltwater infinity pool and guests can enjoy a meal at the open-air restaurant or a drink at the... We stayed at Aquarius twice during our stay in Cambodia. Once we stayed 4 nights and once just a single night as a stopover. Both times were great. The hotel is clean and we like the style. The bed was very comfortable for us. It is on the firmer side, which is our preference. We slept really well. We didn't hear any loud noise or voices from the next-door rooms. We had the breakfast every morning. It has an a well stocked buffet with good variety and quality. There is also a rotating menu to pick from as part of the price. The breakfast set us up so well for the day that we sometimes didn't need lunch. The staff are ready to help at any moment. They had answers to any of our questions and helped us to book a bus after a last minute cancellation. The staff is also very friendly and made us feel very welcome, both times. The rooftop bar and pool are both excellent. We had cocktails a couple of nights at sunset. Great view of the city and good prices (plus a 2-for-1 happy hour). We spent some time in the infinity pool, which was a great way to cool down after a hot day in the city. The location is just off a main road but our room was quiet. No traffic or other noises to disrupt our sleep. There is no doubt that this is where we'd want to stay if we're back in Phnom Penh.
