Accommodation at the Hilton Hotel pleasantly surprised me with their communication and implementation of measures needed for my family member who required disabled services. The accessibility was high (except for the access to the hotel and the bar on the 31st floor), so with assistance, it was truly a great experience. The staff was kind, accommodating, friendly, and especially professional without any stigmatization, which I greatly appreciated. The food and cleanliness were at the expected 4-star level. Overall, I would rate my stay at this hotel as an excellent experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness, communication, and professionalism, and also needs assistance and provision of disabled services. These people know how to provide services and how to quickly learn from and improve situations. Truly a great experience of humanity and professionalism
