Hanthana Jungle View Holiday Home ligger bara 2 km från den berömda Bogambara-stadion och Kandys järnvägsstation. Gratis WiFi finns på plats. Alla rum har ett skrivbord. This was my second time and after travelling around I was looking forward to returning there. The family is very attentive, kind and with a helping spirit! Nice quiet ambience around the guesthouse, I could sit down and work during the day. SCRUMPTIOUS breakfast and dinner with a generous portion!

Veraima Kandy ligger i Kandy och har en utomhuspool, en trädgård, en terrass och en bar. It was the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka. Great room, amazing staff, good breakfast. Great value for money. We also had dinner delicious.

Raj Residencies ligger perfekt beläget i centrala Kandy och erbjuder luftkonditionerade rum med gratis WiFi, gratis privat parkering och rumsservice. We had a really pleasant stay at Raj Residencies. The hotel has just recently been opened, so everything you see in the pictures is just like in reality, brand new. We were given a room in the upper floor, where you also get your private kitchen and get to share (with another room) the living room, dining area and the terrace. The place looks and feels very luxurious and we got to use the presidential suite for a price of a normal room - priceless :). The breakfast was delicious and plentifull and the staff very helpfull. We had the privilege to meet the hotel owner, a lovely lady that gave us many valuable tips and advice on how to navigate Sri Lanka like a local.

Eden Kandy ligger i Kandy, 18 minuters promenad från Kandy City Center köpcentrum, och har en trädgård, rökfria rum, gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen och en gemensam lounge. Great location and very clean hostel. Spacious room and delicious breakfast. Amazing owner who was very helpful in setting up cab rides to and from other cities in Sri Lanka.

Arambhaya Boutique Hotel ligger i Kandy, 1,8 km från Kandy järnvägsstation, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en gemensam lounge och en terrass. Stort rum vilket var positivt. Personalen var trevlig. Märklig känsla på hotellet, på ytan fint men kändes som ett luftslott. Två lampor stod vid sängarna med europeiska kontakter som inte fungerar i uttagen. Samma med golvlampan. Restaurangen var helt tom på folk, kändes märkligt öde då man fick ett annat intryck på sociala medier. Var inte öppet för lunch. Hotellet kommunicerade på whatsapp där man skulle skriva frukostbokningen. Dåligt wifi.

No63 Amy's ligger i Kandy, 3 km från Kandy City Center köpcentrum och 3,3 km från Bogambara Stadium, och erbjuder boende med gratis WiFi, luftkonditionering, en trädgård och en terrass. One of my top 3 stays in Sri Lanka, and overall, one of the best stays of all my travels! I stayed there in mid November '25. Absolutely beautiful place, in a rather quiet area in Kandy, such a serene environment and energy, a very lovely garden giving vibes of a small Italian village. The house is so uniquely and beautifully furnished and decorated, stunning views with big windows and doors open so the tropical breeze gently flows through. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Very generous and tasty breakfast, coffee/tea available throughout the day. The owner is not present at all times, but I could still meet her and she was very lovely. Ravi, the guy who takes care of the place and the guests, handles everything on spot and does it with such a kind heart, he enjoys if the guests take time to have a chat with him or play some games. They have a couple of rooms upstairs and only one downstairs. When booked, I was under the impression (by the pictures) the room would be upstairs, but was given the one downstairs, with much less light and modest views. Ravi could not address the issue at first so quickly, and as I understood, the other rooms were taken or just being cleaned after a checkout. Though I did not request to change the room, Ravi could obviously sense my disappointment, as I actually did book the place for the views of the room to enjoy for two nights. So after a bit of time, Ravi came to me suggesting he would clean a room upstairs that was just checked out, as fast as possible, so I could have a room I actually desired and booked. Though I kindly said he did not have to go through the trouble, he insisted. As I understood, it was also the owner's order. So, it was one of the most humble encounters and services of a kind, for them to really care for my wellbeing, and I so highly appreciate it. Thank you Ravi and the Owners (sorry I've lost the name) for your kind service and providing such a special place for guests to stay ♡

BYLAKE Kandy har ett perfekt läge i centrala Kandy och har gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen, en trädgård och gratis privat parkering för gäster som anländer med bil. We stranded in BYLake during the big storm in Nov. 2025. No net, no electricity... Our host did everything to create a safe and harmonic atmosphere amoung all guests. He invited us to a litte homeparty with candles and all other things, that could be found spontanously in the house. I traveled a lot, but such an extraordenary, exceptional hospitality I did not see before. Beside that this is a very nice, quite, central place to stop over

Liselma Residence ligger i Kandy och erbjuder boende med utsikt över staden samt en utomhuspool, en trädgård, en gemensam lounge och en terrass. We had a wonderful stay! Hemaka is truly the kindest person in the world – he welcomed us with cake and a mojito, always smiling, helpful, and so polite. It was an absolute pleasure to meet him! The accommodation was excellent – comfortable, with a stunning view, everything was just perfect. Highly recommended!

Kandy Myst by Cinnamon ligger i Kandy, 3 km från Kandy City Center köpcentrum, och erbjuder boende med en utomhuspool, gratis privat parkering, en trädgård och en terrass. Everything was just perfect!! We stayed in Kandy during the heavy rains 11/25 for 4 days and the hotel staff - although the had to work non-stop - took such good care of us. It’s just incredible how they kept things working (not only electricity, hot water supply, but also exceptional service at any time). It was a national tragedy but this hotel was the best place we could have wished to stay. We can totally recommend this luxury und outstanding accommodation!!
