The place is near the main road but you wouldn’t know. It’s pretty quiet.

NetherlandsThe very welcoming atmosphere of this beautiful and very comfortable hostel is just amazing! Everything is so well taken care of and the staff Jose Luis and his son are so friendly and really caring for your well being.
The cleanliness of the bathroom, the free use of the washing machine, the nice view on the roof overlooking the mountain area of San Cris.
The kitchen is so well equiped and inviting to do your cooking, there is coffee and cookies and tea always available and a big fridge to store your stuff and spices you can use while preparing some food and the kitchen is super spacious and always clean!
The hostal is a quiet heaven in a lovely side street of the more busy walking area.
Staying in this hostel made my time in San Cristobal de las Casas a very memorable one.
It was like being part of the family not a guest in a hostal. Thanks so much. Hope to visit again one day.

United StatesIt was a good place to relax after the tiring drive from Palenque. The dorm had only two beds, good alternative to the larger dorms downtown. And with breakfast, it was an overall good value. Great attention and care.

Very homely and welcoming property. Very accessible and a great location very close to the centre. The host was nothing but helpful and very friendly. Very good value for money. They do a cleaning service for $100mx which was a dream after travelling for a couple weeks so far having no time to find a launderette. The room was very clean and cosy with clean towels provided. Would recommend this property to anyone :)

Lovely hosts who anticipated my needs! Breakfast was delicious and plentiful every morning. Rooms, bathrooms and shower rooms were always very clean. Location was very good. I'll definitely be returning here as soon as I can! Hostel also can reserve tours at a good rate for you. I felt very taken care of during my stay.

This place is great.
It's nestled in the jungle, with space to sit outside. There is a shared kitchen with each room having its own shelf in the fridge.
There is also filtered water available.
It is inexpensive, very clean, and the staff are friendly.
The rooms are basic but comfortable, and have Aircon.
We also stored our bags and used the facilities after our check put time, before we left.

Rossco was a great for our stay in San Cristóbal! We had a issue arriving and they helped us out changing our booking and we even got a better deal in the end ✨ Bed was so comfy (just what we needed after the night bus) and the facilities were great. Good location close to the food and artisan market and the staff were all really lovely 🌞
