Great staff, very kind. Everything was of high standards of quality.

The room was cool. We were able to sleep well despite the heat outside with just the ceiling fans. The air con was very cold, but we didn't need it. Loved the pool! We didn't eat much in the restaurant. Good shower. Great location in leafy Can̈adas, handy for the bus station and colectivos to the ruins. If you go to the ruins don't arrive at 10 am! I think half an hour either side will avoid the mother of all queues. Staff were friendly and relaxed. We used the pool after we had checked out, waiting for a bus. Not sure if this is allowed but no one bothered us. Don't tell! Great place.

It was like a resort but very quiet. The swimming pool was warm and amazing. There were a lot of birds and the Hammocks on the patios were excellent. Breakfast was ok. Taking a bus to town and the bus station was very simple. The handsome manager was pleasant and helpful. Taking a tour Bus (Otisa) from San Cristobal de las casas to Palenque was the way to go, safe and affordable and when you are done the 3 stop tour of the waterfalls and Palenque Pyramids have them drop you off on the road in front at Cabana Safari, it really is an oasis and you will not be disappointed. Be sure to have snacks with you. Careful with the Taxi Drivers and know your prices. Be sure to visit Christian at the Monopoly Drink very near the town square, his drinks are amazing and very exquisite and unique.

I stayed in the dormitory for 3 nights. The beds are very comfortable, they have lockers inside the room and hot water in the bathroom on the first floor.

A nice apartement, very good position, I reccomend to all who cames to Palenque.

We arrived very early and they checked us in. The hotel is very clean, the location is perfect. They really speak English. The staff helped us to visit the places around. Great place to stay in Palenque

We loved staying at Posada Aguila Real. The staff were really helpful and kind to let us leave our bags. The showers were great and it was really clean all the time. Breakfast was great as well.

We had a great stay at Casa 5! The room and bathroom were spacious and the shower excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was spotless. The shuttle bus to the ruins is within walking distance too, as is everything else in town. The breakfast was simple but good (fruit, yoghurt, cereal and toast).

We arrived early and the staff was really welcoming offering us an early check in. During the stay we felt comfortable and very welcome. They had answers to all our questions!

I had a large comfortable room overlooking the indoor pool. Great base to explore the town and local waterfalls and the Archaeological Zone

The resort, staff, service, pools, everything was exceptional. The staffs were very helpful with instructions on how to get to palenque archaeological site. We took a taxi from the resort to the ticket center, where we hired a guide for the archaeological site and forest walk, which was very helpful. Took the same taxi upto the entrance of the site. And returned via collectivo. Alternatively, if its not too hot, you can choose to walk to the ticket office from the resort and take a collectivo upto to the entrance of the site.

It is like living in Paradise. The room is big, the patio outside the room is perfect for a relaxing evening. Nice pool and restaurant with excellent service and food. . Very short walk to the archeological site and the Aluxes Ecoparque

I find it perfect. Close to bus station and supermarket. Friendly staff. Nice room with lockers. Laundry room. And place to rest with pool. Coffee in the morning on the reception was what I needed

A true paradise in the jungle with the most friendly staff! The pool was lovely and we spotted monkeys, agouti’s and birds everyday! The location is great, right between the city centre and the ruins. You can easily take a colectivo or taxi for a good price to get around. There are restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. There was free water to fill your bottles with and there’s a small fridge. Laundry was also possible. Highly recommend!

It is one of the best locations I have stayed in. It is in the middle of the jungle, just in the way to the pyramids. The rooms are cute and cozy, and the pool is intimate. If you want a relaxing holiday, this is the place to be. There is a pizza place where you can order food if the kitchen is close and it was one of the best pizzas we have had.

My stay at Villa Adriana was a wonderful experience. The hotel is nestled in the jungle and offers a true green oasis, making it an ideal place for relaxation and tranquility. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful – the garden is meticulously maintained and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. You can immediately feel the care and passion that goes into the property. I especially want to highlight the warm hospitality of Adriana, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. She provided us with valuable tips for the area and always made us feel welcome. The staff was also absolutely wonderful – friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making our experience even more memorable. The rooms were absolutely stunning – spacious, tastefully decorated, and with a beautiful view of the lush nature. The comfort and cleanliness made our stay very enjoyable. The location of the hotel is a bit remote, but that’s part of what makes it special – you’re surrounded by nature and far from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you’re looking for peace and an authentic jungle experience, this is the place to be. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a unique stay in Palenque.

Loved the pool and the area around the pool where people could sit and enjoy the trees and landscaping. It was conducive to meeting other travellers.

- the breakfast was really nice - the staff was excellent and extremely helpful (literally pulled our car out of a ditch one night lol) - the dogs, cats and monkeys were so friendly and made leaving really hard
