Right across the road from the Ado bus terminal, it was perfect for me as I didn't need to carry my bags around everywhere with me. The rooms are super clean and the bed was very comfy as well. A hot shower with an adjustable shower head in the bathroom so you can actually clean yourself without washing away the soap before you do. The pool was also super refreshing after day tours and is open until 10pm.

Really high-end Hotel with luxurious rooms and great atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay a lot! The pool area also was really nice and the personnel was friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mercedes in Palenque. The place is beautiful, tranquil, located in the middle of the jungle. Very good service, clean spacious rooms and good breakfast. Would definitely recommend to any traveller going to Palenque!

The location as it is a bit remote, and the garden is amazing, we loved it! The little terrace of the room is also great! Breakfast was also nice.

I loved this place. So fun walking through the jungle and the room was big and very comfortable. The staff are so lovely and very helpful. Fire show at 21:00 in the restaurant is so good.

Good air-conditioning, clean, helpful staff and good location. Nothing to complain about here. Plenty of space to put your bags and space to hang clothes too.

The hotel is very nice. It has a good size swimming pool. The personnel are very polite and attentive.

I was surprised how good it was. Easy to get around. Walk to supermarket or up to town. Close to Ado plus excellent tours and private drivers thru hotel. We used a driver to get us back to the airport too.

Huge room; cleaned each day; close to ADO bus stop; also in the area there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops. I liked that it was possible to do early check in after one night in the bus. Friendly staff. Thank you for making my stay so nice in Palenque!

Nice accomodation in the jungle near ruins

Nice hotel, with amazing breakfast buffet. Great pool, with lounge chairs, beach towels. Big room, with daily service and water bottles. Supermarket nearby and private parking too.

Supreme stay in this hotel, it is a hotel own by a family who really cares of the clients, just 8 rooms so the service is excellent , wonderful staff and very good cuisine when dinning in the hotel. We also booked a guide tour person advised by the hotel staff: Mildred. She was just perfect with a lot of knowledge and a nice person, she also tailor the tour taking into account your preference. In our case we like trekkings while visiting different iconic places, so she arranged accordingly. We would book again the same trip in Chiapas!

I loved the hospitality and the helpfulness of the management! They even provided me with laundry service! (Outsourced) They have a very nice pizza in the hotel that smells and is delicious!! All connections of "collectivos" literally just outside the hotel! The ADO bus station is 6min walk and the centre of Palenque 5' away from the hotel! Excellent location, great value for money! Excellent beds!

A great location and the pool was a treat with the heat and humidity and the family that runs the place are fantastic they have rescued many street dogs and cats their empathy for these animals goes above and beyond.

I had a large comfortable room overlooking the indoor pool. Great base to explore the town and local waterfalls and the Archaeological Zone
