Really high-end Hotel with luxurious rooms and great atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay a lot! The pool area also was really nice and the personnel was friendly.

Nice spacious hotel room with good AC and shower, large bed. We used the pool one evening and afternoon, it wasn't too busy and there are lights at night for a swim. There's a nice area near the pool for guests to relax and order food from the restaurant. There was a filtered water station to fill up our water bottles or make a hot tea which was nice. Parking was convenient, free and had a 24/hour security guard. Large Chedraui grocery store and mall across the road and decent restaurants around the corner. We drove to Sumidero Canyon from this hotel which was about 16 minutes drive.

Hotel La Antigua is the best hotel we’ve stayed at in San Cristóbal de las Casas. Four days as a family, and what stood out most was the incredible service. Whether it was the morning or night reception, the staff was attentive to both our daughters' needs and our own peace of mind. We ended up needing to extend our stay, last minute, and they made it completely seamless—no unnecessary questions asked, just helpful and efficient. The daily breakfast was a delight, and the smooth late-night arrival set the tone for a perfect trip. Highly recommend for a stress-free family stay!

A really nice hotel and quiet. The staff was great and helpful.

The structure is simple, the first room had a window facing the inside of the building but staff was very nice in providing another option. Shower is working well, the room have space to open luggage, a small fridge, fan, AC and a small wardrobe. If you’re a backpacker is a solid cheap recovery place after tiny rooms and shared toilettes.

Great experience! We stayed for 2 nights and everything was perfect. The staff were very nice, and the free parking was great because this area is very busy. It’s within walking distance of the center, restaurants, cafés, artisan markets, and local shops.

The location is great. Is near the center of Tuxtla. Also the place has very nice murals.

Comfortable accommodations and friendly staff.

Right across the road from the Ado bus terminal, it was perfect for me as I didn't need to carry my bags around everywhere with me. The rooms are super clean and the bed was very comfy as well. A hot shower with an adjustable shower head in the bathroom so you can actually clean yourself without washing away the soap before you do. The pool was also super refreshing after day tours and is open until 10pm.

The rooms were clean and well laid out. No kettle or coffee facilities in the room so we actually went out and bought a kettle.

Very nice hotel with a great swimming pool

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mercedes in Palenque. The place is beautiful, tranquil, located in the middle of the jungle. Very good service, clean spacious rooms and good breakfast. Would definitely recommend to any traveller going to Palenque!

It’s a beautiful setting and the roams are done in a nice classical colonial way.

A little bit old, didn’t explore hotel much, just slept 1 night. The room was clean. Great staff, especially Abel from the reception, everyone very kind, provided excursion for me last minute because I arrived late, also taxi to the airport.
