Well set in the centre of Playa del Carmen, The Gallery Condos Playa de Carmen provides free WiFi, an outdoor swimming pool and free private parking for guests who drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Gallery Condos in Playa del Carmen. The studio we had was quite spacious, with a well equipped small kitchen and a wonderful balcony overlooking the inner pool. The location of the Condos is optimal, walking distance from 5th Ave, where all the night life is located, but far away enough to have a great quiet sleep. The underground parking is excellent and there was no issue finding a free spot. If we are back to Playa we will repeat for sure!

Porto Blu is situated in Puerto Morelos and has a rooftop pool and sea views. It is located a few steps from Playa Puerto Morelos and features a lift. The apartment features family rooms. The condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. The couch was extremely comfortable and a nice place to wind down and watch a movie with the kids. The king bed was comfortable. The large double room has 2 queen beds which are a little on the hard side and the linens not quite as nice. The room is beautiful though and lots of space. The roof top pool was nice for the kids. Not big or deep but they enjoyed playing and swimming and we enjoyed the lounge chairs and the view. I would absolutely return here.

Staff extremely nice, room extremely clean/big, well furnished, large choice for breakfast, all the information are well communicated in advance.

Attractively located in the centre of Playa del Carmen, SUUT Hostal Boutique features air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Stayed here for two weeks and absolutely loved it. The place is new, modern, spotless, and full of thoughtful little touches. Huge shoutout to the cleaning crew and the front desk staff — friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel genuinely taken care of. This was my first-ever hostel stay — straight off my bucket list — and multiple seasoned hostel travellers told me I was very lucky with my first choice. Would definitely come back!

Facing the beachfront, Sana Tulum Beachfront Boutique Hotel offers 5-star accommodation in Tulum and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area. Amazing ambiance and chill vibe. Staff were all superb.

In a prime location in Tulum, Menesse Apartments provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. Loved the apartment layout and the rooftop pool. It’s like stepping in to an oasis. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Situated in Playa del Carmen, 300 metres from Playa del Carmen Beach and less than 1 km from the centre, Casa Creunza de Mar features air-conditioned accommodation with free WiFi, and a garden. Everything was clean, comfortable, practical, the shower had strong pressure and good hot water, the AC worked perfectly. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay in PDC!

Design of the place is prominent. looks better than in the photos. Lots of restaurants nearby and in a walkable distance. We had a great time even just one night. Definitely book this place again if coming back to Tulum!!
