Incredibly sweet hosts (cheers to Carlos and his wife), and I felt safe during my stay as a solo female traveler. The hotel is actually very big, great option for big family groups.

Justina and Mario were very kind and helpful. They took care of all my needs. They kept the hotel very clean at all times. the views from the rooms at the top of the mountains were amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and close to the trek up to the Aztec temple.

They let me do laundry and hang it on the roof for a small fee. It's in the jungle-y part of town so surrounded by green amazing nature. And the family who runs it is super sweet and will help with whatever you need. I'll definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
