We stayed just one night, but from the moment we arrived, we were saying, "We should have stayed two nights!" We loved this hotel. We got a room with a view and WOW the view of the Pena did not disappoint. The room was big, bathroom was big. We got the room with the jacuzzi and balcony, and it was the perfect way to unwind after climbing the giant rock and walking all over the place. Location is great. It's less than a 2-minute walk from where the bus drops you from Queretaro, and a 5- to 7-minute walk into the centro/Pena. Right next to a well-appointed convenience store that is open til 11p.m. The wine in the room was such a nice touch. Jacuzzi was so relaxing, wi-fi functioned well enough in the room and on the patio. Room was sparkling clean, and the property is beautiful and well maintained. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They were also kind enough to let us stash our bags on our final day after checkout and before the bus left.

Excellent setting for a drink or meal. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, great hotel. I would stay here again.

It feels like a perfect weekend experience, especially if you’re lucky to catch a concert happening on site. But even without any events, it’s a pleasure to spend the evening at the brewery bar and then start the morning with a swim in the warm pool. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive, the territory is beautiful, calm, and thoughtfully designed. It’s one of those places you want to come back to — and proudly bring your friends to. A small note for future guests: during both days of our stay, all spa treatments were fully booked, so if you’re planning to use the spa, it’s definitely worth reserving in advance. That said, the shared spa areas — the sauna and the humid room — are accessible and very pleasant. Special thanks to the administrator Ilyas (sorry, I may have misheard the name) for the care and attention. You can really feel the enormous work and dedication behind this project. It’s deeply impressive and deserves great respect. Wishing the owners and the whole team all the best.

Fer and his family were so friendly, even saying this is your house. This was such an unusual room. We loved it. The bedding and towels were wonderful. The room was quiet and bernal is such a cute city. The room even had a pink coffee maker to match the purple theme. Thank you for the Mexican hospitality.

Situé à Querétaro, l’établissement Hotel Patio Santiago comprend une terrasse, un restaurant, un bar et un spa et centre de bien-être. Tout ! tout était très bien, bel hôtel, bien situé dans le centre, architecture coloniale, très bon accueil, très belle chambre design avec de beaux matériaux, belle salle de bains, très bon qualité/prix pour un super confort de la literie et nous nous sentions parfaitement bien, il y a un bar si l'on veut prendre un verre le soir, et le petit déjeuner dans le hall magnifique était très bon, le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour au Mexique. Je recommande vivement. Merci pour ce séjour inoubliable !
