Plenty of hot water in the bath and good AC. Easy access to the beach! The owners have two dogs and four cats. None of them will approach you. They are super relaxed.

The beach house was very clean, the hospitality was wonderful, and the beachfront access was super convenient. It was quiet and relaxing, overall a really great experience. A very warm welcome from Roger and Selina who were always around to give helpful advice or just a chat about our day. The whole place was super clean ! With 9(?) rooms there was a friendly but not noisy vibe. The kitchen was well equipt and so cooking meals was easy. Coffee was brewed was provided for free around breakfast time . The WiFi was excellent . Comfortable communal sitting area with hammocks . Very good location close to the cathedral. We paid extra for A/C in our too was it was really hot in Leon. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

It had a very tropical feel and the staff were friendly. I was very pleasantly surprised with the apartment I stayed in, it had everything I needed and my private outside terrace was perfect for relaxing in. The pool is huge and again very well kept and maintained. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem in Leon.

Silvanna the owner was there during our stay, and gave us plenty of information about things to see and places to go during our visit.
