The location is at the center of the city and is very convenient to visit the scattered major historic relics of ancient civilization. Lots of fine restaurants are close to the Hostel too. 10 points out of 10!

The service at this hotel is exemplary. On arrival I asked for food and a beverage while unbeknownst to me the hotel no longer had a full service restaurant. The reception staff nonetheless put together a toasted cheese sandwich and coffee for me. Housekeeping staff did a load of laundry for me, and set it in the sun to dry. Parking for my motorcycle was secure in an inner courtyard within sight of the room. The morning breakfast was very good. The proprietor and staff were very friendly and provided interesting conversation and very useful travel advice. There were tiendas and good restaurants within a short walking distance.

The check in was quick and simple, the reception was open and well visible even at night (we arrived at almost midnight). Also when checking out, the staff allowed us to leave our bags until our bus journey in the evening which was amazing. All in all, the value for money is fantastic.
