The unit was small but perfectly designed for maximum efficiency. Perfect for one - two people. Everything was well thought out including a cell phone in the unit for calls. There was also hand sanitation in outside hallway and in room. Bowl of fresh fruit , bottle of wine and macarons were put out for guest. Gina and Josue were wonderful hosts and were there if anything was needed. The hotel has an unassuming entrance , but quite nice inside. Good pizza restaurant very short walk from front door. Nice TV in good spot to watch from bed. Fridge , oven , cooktop , microwave and all dishes included in the unit. I would definitely stay here again. Frank Hernandez

Faial Cottage B&B ligger i Cedros. Her er en terrasse, gratis wi-fi og havudsigt. Dette bed & breakfast-sted har en have og gratis privat parkering. This was such an amazing stay for me and my husband. The owners build this place with love and you can just see and feel that they pour their heart every day to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic with homebaked bread and cake! 🤤

We had one rainy morning in which we read our books in the sitting room area, which was cozy and quiet. The breakfast was very nicely appointed as well. We had the family room, which was larger than we needed, but allowed us to spread out nicely. We would have liked to stay for longer!

The house is spacious, well equipped, very comfortable and clean. It is conveniently located near the airport. As written in the other reviews, the host is extremely warm and welcoming. You receive fresh eggs and bread for breakfast, which is realllly a treat!

Wonderful space on the edge of town—convenient if you have a car (free parking, 5 minutes from everywhere). Great views from patio.

H18 is very nice hostel that exceeded my expectations. The rooms where clean, with clean towels etc. and a private mini balcony,+ breakfast included and coffee machine was available in the kitchen day long. The doors had passwords which was very convenient since we checked in Sunday and there was no reception. Joana had provided us the passwords prior to the arrival and didn’t affect (negatively) our experience at all. Overall, I highly recommend H18 as a VFM hostel in Fayal Island. Joana thanks for everything and the hospitality!!

Comfortable Accommodations: Casa BuonVento in Horta offers a guest house with free WiFi, parquet floors, and sea views. Some rooms include a private bathroom, work desk, and wardrobe. It is hard to put into words the generosity and attentiveness of these exceptional hosts. They were incredibly kind and accommodating, always ready to help, and with such gestures, they make every stay more enjoyable. We would truly love to return someday.
