The location is perfect, calm, and outside the city yet close enough so you don't waste lot of time commuting to Visby. The view from the sea-view tiny houses is amazing. Spotless clean (but literally), easy check in and check out (you use your phone as a key, which is very convenient, it takes 5 minutes to install an app and figure out how it works). Kitchen furnished with everything you might think of (you can check in the pictures). Everything is smart and practical, and someone has thought of all the needs you might have ( at least that's how it was for us) 😊 Perfect place if peace of mind is what you're looking for. ✨️ We had an amazing time, and I recommend it to everyone.

Perfectly located in between Visby and Fårö-- very peaceful, but within a few minutes from the main road on the east side of Gotland. The breakfast was wonderful, especially the fresh waffles and juice shots. The hosts are incredibly kind and make you feel very welcome, and there is a wealth of things to do in the area. If you are there when the cafe is open in the evenings, it was nice to have a place to grab a healthy meal and a glass of wine. It is obvious a lot of care has gone into making the B&B warm, super clean, and inviting. We loved our stay and hope to return!

Three nights were not enough! For us Strandakar made for an ideal home base for exploring the island’s many treasures. Our hosts Charlotte and Lars were the perfect guides in helping us make the most of our days. Breakfasts and dinners were both beautifully prepared and delicious. The bed was comfortable and the room very clean. For all of Strandakar’s charms and beauty, it is the hosts are the magic that makes this place special and one to return to again. Thank you for making our stay so lovely.

Les cottages du Maven Kustnära Stugor sont situés dans les bois, à seulement 300 mètres de la mer Baltique et à environ 1 km de Kappelshamn, dans le nord de Gotland. Very nice place, beautiful location, nice people.

Situé à Havdhem, l’hébergement Gotland Magazin1 Guesthouse offre une vue sur le jardin. Il possède un service de prêt de vélos, un jardin, une terrasse et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. L’hôtel est bien situé, à l’écart de toute agitation mais jamais très loin des sites d’intérêt de l’île. La bâtisse, nichée dans un écrin de verdure, a beaucoup de personnalité. Dès qu’on en pousse la porte, on se bien - tellement bien qu’il est difficile d’en repartir ! C’est dû à l’âme des lieux, à l’atmosphère apaisante qui règne et, bien sûr, à l’accueil, la bienveillance et l’amour de Fannia et Pelle (amour de leur métier, amour des gens). Cela ne les empêche pas d’être très discrets. Si vous les sollicitez, ils vous donneront de précieux conseils (ils ont été très utiles à notre périple). La chambre est spacieuse, agréable, bien aménagée et très fonctionnelle comme la salle d’eau. La literie est très confortable. Bien sûr, impossible de ne pas mentionner l’inoubliable petit déjeuner (qualité, générosité, fraîcheur, choix, … et tout est excellent ! Pelle fait lui même son levain et son pain est un délice) mais il ne doit pas masquer le reste : le petit déjeuner est tout simplement à la hauteur de l’hébergement et des hôtes de ces lieux. Nous n’avons qu’une envie : y revenir !

Cet hôtel à la gestion familiale est situé dans le joli parc Almedalen de Visby, à 30 mètres de la mer Baltique. I booked this hotel for my wife's birthday after being referred to it by Swedish friends as the best place to stay in Gotland. It exceeded all my expectations - wonderful location, just the most incredible decor and ambience. The entire hotel is like an artwork, carefully put together and so beautiful. We even had a welcome surpise for my wife's birthday which made her day - honestly, this place should be on your bucket list to stay when in Sweden

L'Hotell St Clemens se situe à l'intérieur des remparts de la ville médiévale de Visby, à 350 mètres de la place Stora Torget. Everything from our arrival to receiving our breakfast bag full with a complete delicious breakfast 👍😋 Also the staff, soooo service mined and polite best ever. The hotell breakfast was also an outstanding, real treat 🙏

Vous profiterez de la climatisation et d'une salle de bains privative.... Cozy and charming house, absolutely gorgeous hosts and perfect location. We felt so welcomed and enjoyed our host’s tips for local exploring. A pearl for a romantic getaway!

Unbeatable location in the heart of old town with views to match. Literally every window (and there are many) you look out of has a gorgeous view of the town or old ruins. The apartment is also spacious with multiple beds. The communication was also clear, quick, and friendly. No better value in the town. Can’t recommend this spot enough as the perfect base to explore Visby from.
