It was a marvelous stay. High-standard accommodation with a swimming pool and a restaurant on site serving Thai food. Good breakfast options as well. The service was also excellent. The receptionist even drove us to the bus stop the day we were leaving Sukhothai. Great people all around. I highly recommend this resort.

4 km from Sukhothai Historical Park, Suk Sabai Homestay is a recently renovated property located in Sukhothai and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Absolutely everything. This is one of the prettiest places I’ve stayed. The cottages/bungalows are so charming with exquisite woodwork. It’s nestled among rice fields and easy bike ride to the Sukhothai historical park. The owners offer free bikes. They took such good care of our dietary needs, vegan and other restrictions. The place was so beautiful that we spent almost an entire day lounging on the porch of our bungalow. It has rocking chair, a divan to lie on, swing etc. The dad picked us up from bus stop and dropped us off too. I can’t recommend them enough

Located in the Mueang Kao district of Sukhothai, Phu Thai Resort is 1.6 km from Sukhothai Historical Park. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Very friendly staff. Drove me to the bus station on the day I left. Bed is super comfy. Little outside the oldtown but you can take the bycicles for free.

Very peaceful setting - close to rice fields and local communities. Short tuk-tuk ride (reception phoned and they arrived very quickly) to historical park and restaurants. Bikes available to borrow - we cycled about 10km along very quiet backroads through villages and rural area. Lovely pool and gardens. Beds very comfortable. Fantastic staff - could not do enough to make us welcome.

Boasting garden views, The Yard Sukhothai Old Town offers accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 700 metres from Sukhothai Historical Park. Our stay at The Yard Sukhothai was perfect. The apartment is a standalone little house with large windows overlooking a beautiful private garden, where we had breakfast every morning surrounded by trees and birds. The furniture is made of warm wood, the bed is comfortable, and it has all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home. The location is ideal if you want to explore Old Sukhothai: less than a 5-minute walk from the spectacular temple ruins, as well as the nightlife of the night market and the main street. Despite this, the apartment is on an incredibly quiet street where the only sounds are the animals around. Lastly, the host’s attention was unbeatable. She helped us with everything we asked for (motorbike rental, laundry, taxi to the airport…) Always with a smile, she made us feel the warmth of her hospitality. She also shared a folder full of recommendations for restaurants, tourist spots, and services. Sukhothai has been a wonderful surprise. We recommend getting lost on a scooter through the surrounding rice fields and visiting the temples at sunset. And our stay at The Yard made everything truly perfect. Thank you, and we hope there will be a second time!

Featuring a terrace, บ้านจัสมิน is situated in the Mueang Kao district in Sukhothai. Great location close to park and night market but still perfectly quiet. The hosts were exceptional! Great breakfast!! Will definitely stay again next time we come to Sukhothai.

Situated in Sukhothai, 18 km from Sukhothai Historical Park, Shine Villa Sukhothai features a garden and views of the garden. Beautiful and comfortable place in peaceful village. Great hospitality and excellent local food. As the place is outside the city, you will need a car or motorbike.

Featuring a garden, Baan Khun Ya Sukhothai Old City is situated in the Mueang Kao district in Sukhothai. Located within Sukhothai old town, 5 minutes walking distance from the central zone of monuments. There's a 7-11 and the Wintour "bus station" less than 5 minutes away. The room is cozy and the bed comfortable; drinking water is provided free of charge. Bathrooms are shared but I never found it busy when I needed it. The host is a nice welcoming woman who, despite the language barrier, made sure I did not lack anything. I even got a bicycle to explore the city during my 2-day stay.
