It was a marvelous stay. High-standard accommodation with a swimming pool and a restaurant on site serving Thai food. Good breakfast options as well. The service was also excellent. The receptionist even drove us to the bus stop the day we were leaving Sukhothai. Great people all around. I highly recommend this resort.

Once you enter the compound, you feel like you’re being invited to stay with a local family! You’ll be well-looked after. They serve you breakfast daily and it’s not just a typical buffet style sitting on a long table for hours. The hosts will ask what time you’d like breakfast to be served, and on the dot, they will bring you a freshly cooked meal - soup, rice, meat, veg! Not many people’s idea of breakfast, but a lovingly prepared meal? I’m not complaining! If you’re lucky enough to score on of the bungalow units, you will have an entire verandah to yourself. But even if you didn’t manage to get one of the bungalows, the longhouse also has ample communal space for relaxation overlooking a small rice field.

When the owners saw me torn and tattered they bundled me in their car and drove me to a pharmacy to get bandages etc. then waited about 20 mins for me to buy some food. That does beyond the call of duty. The rooms were extremely clean and the bed was perfect for me. Great place to stay.

The staff was super friendly and professional, the room is huge, clean and cozy. The whole property is very tidy and clean, it offer a spacious parking and free bikes to rent. The staff of the hotel helped us to arrange tu shuttle bus from and to the airport and also the motorbike rental. The historical site is just about 2km away, an easy 10-15min with bicycle or 2 mins with motorbike. Breakfast was really good and portion is way bigger than we thought. I really could not think of what could be done better here. I would recommend anyone to come here and definetly will come again on our next stay in Sukhotai! Still cannot believe to get this type of room and service for that price!

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Come with free bikes which was nice for traversing around the town. The owner lady is very sweet.

Exceptional yard. Excellent location about 2 blocks from historical park entrance. Owner super nice but not intrusive at all. There if you need her but other than that you don't see her. Nicest place we've stayed in Thialand and we've been all over. Highly recommend this place!

The beautiful buildings surrounded by trees and farmland. The wonderful people who greeted us upon an earlier than scheduled arrival, and went above and beyond to make us feel very comfortable. Amazing dinner and breakfast. (Way more than we could eat) such a tasty selection. Everything is so clean and made for a very welcome relaxing stay

Baan Khun Ya Sukhothai Old City är bekvämt beläget i Mueang Kao i Sukhothai och erbjuder en trädgård. Located within Sukhothai old town, 5 minutes walking distance from the central zone of monuments. There's a 7-11 and the Wintour "bus station" less than 5 minutes away. The room is cozy and the bed comfortable; drinking water is provided free of charge. Bathrooms are shared but I never found it busy when I needed it. The host is a nice welcoming woman who, despite the language barrier, made sure I did not lack anything. I even got a bicycle to explore the city during my 2-day stay.

The property was clean and tidy and very spacious! A nice modern touch with comfy beds! The staff who run the place were attentive, kind and hospitable. We had breakfast delivered to our table every morning- traditional and fresh. The owner couldn’t do enough for him and we would certainly return should we pass through again.
