Her prompt and efficient follow-ups on our requests further enhanced our satisfaction and contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their team, including Bilal, Wafa, Eman, Donia, Hakim, Motasim, Qousai, Jalal, Chadi, and Ibrahim, delivered an extraordinary dining experience. The quality and quantity of the food served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were exceptional, on par with a 7-star hotel standard. Their attentiveness and commitment to excellence made each meal a delightful highlight of our day. Special thanks to Chef Najeeb, who treated us like family and ensured all our dining requests were met with the utmost care. His personal attention and dedication made our meals not just delicious but also heartwarming. Additionally, the waiter Jalal deserves specific recognition for his friendly demeanor and sense of humor. His professionalism and efficient way of ensuring our table was always available made our dining experiences feel personal and very homely. The front office reception staff, Hadi and Hadeel, were exceptionally supportive, providing all necessary paperwork and assistance with meticulous follow-up.
