The property is big and perfect for families with children — our kids had plenty of space to run and play freely. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel has 4 stars, but surpasses many 5-star hotels. Stylish, every detail is thought out. Amazing, varied food for every taste. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, with a cozy balcony/terrace and very comfortable beds. The staff knows their job well. There are always free sunbeds, because the hotel does not allow them to be reserved, and this is a very good decision. We really appreciated the peace when there is no music playing all day or shouting animators by the pool or on the beach. In the evenings we enjoyed different live bands. It was a real rest for body and soul, we will definitely come back in the near future. We highly recommend Balmy Beach Resort!

Everything was perfect here: 1) the room - it was different from the pictures but still very stylish and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine 2) the hotel territory is green, quiet and full of trees 3) the spa zone is great: swimming pool, sauna, hammam, with a shower room and everything needed for a visit 4) breakfasts were excellent: tasty and enormous) 5) the full personnel team was very helpful and friendly: manager Isay was ready to complete any request at any time, and all ladies from the kitchen and cleaning service as well. And they speak Russian very well) 6) the location is just in front of the beach and they provide sunbeds and towels. There are also 2 markets just in 2 minutes walk and a school with playground just around the corner I can strongly recommend this hotel for everyone visiting Cirali and will consider it for my further stays with family.

The place was clean, comfortable and very well located. We extremely liked our stay and would love to come back in a future. The host was very responsive. Thank you :)

Akra Kemer - Ultra All Inclusive tiene un gimnasio, un jardín y una terraza solárium con alberca y desayuno buffet en Kemer. We stayed for the New Years holidays and had a lovely time. I found the food to be of very good quality and the staff did an excellent job. My daughter had a wonderful time in the mini club and with the entertainment team. In fact it was so good that we will be going back. :) Special thanks to John, Zelda, Julia, Harry and the guys serving drinks on the rollerblades!
