The staff were extremely nice and helpful — they assisted us with calling the rental car company and getting someone to jump-start our car. Our room was spotless and roomy, and we made good use of the laundry and dryer. Great location and a very comfortable stay overall.

The breakfast was delicious and the variety of the dishes from soup to salad was amazing. The dining area was surrounded by the Banyan trees and green plants. It was very relaxing. The staff at the front entrance were very pleasant, helpful and they went beyond the call of duty with my inquiries. I really appreciate it.

In the West Central District district of Tainan, close to Chihkan Tower, Chapter 127 features a shared lounge and a washing machine. Very nice place to stay with lovely staff. We had a massive room and there was a washing machine in the King Suite that was quite useful to do laundry, however a clothesline to hang clothes would have been appreciated. The room is very clean and comfortable. There is a luggage storage facility which is great and easy to use. We had an issue with the room key not working at the entrance and they were very responsive on Line. There’s a little plastic door on the card reader and you’re supposed to open it even though sometimes it works fine without opening it. The wifi is very good, we were working remotely and had video calls and had no connection issues. Highly recommend Chapter 127 for anyone who needs a place to stay in Tainan.
