It was just perfect. From the nice welcone by Mr. Fabio till the warm good bye, everything was perfect. Fabio takes care of his house like a baby, and the living area is well equiped and tidy. We walked 5 minutes to reach the beach where 2 long chairs are reserved for us. The sandy beach is suitable for kids. What can I say about food there!!! Good resturants are all over the place. Supermarkets and local mjnimarkets are nearby. 4 bikes are available also. AC was working properly.

Monja Camping Village is set in a large garden surrounded by olive trees, just opposite the shores of Lake Garda. We booked a little tent in the camp. It came with nice bed, bedding, towels, even electricity and fan. Infront there was a little table and nice place to sit in the shadow, including a pipe with drinkable water. View on the lake and mountains. Toilets and shower was 20 meters away, always open. Lake (beach, nice walking/biking road) 2 minute walk away. Grocery shop is 700m away, rent-a-bike 1 minute walk away…:) Staff was very friendly! They even have a bar with some food and option to order fresh bread or other bakery products for the next morning. They are also lending barbicue for free, small one or big one. We also rented a raft for two, which was fun and costed 20 euro per 2 hours. Even if camp is small and icludes lots of tents and little houses, it was peacefull and at night quiet.

Peaceful location, helpful but unobtrusive hosts, comfortable beds, and a kitchen fully equipped for a self-catering holiday. The views from the bike trail are absolutely STUNNING. We enjoyed it immensely (the little one is now asking for a bike of her own 😂), and we will definitely be back at some point.
