Fantastisk indrettet villa med god plads til alle. Vi rejste i en gruppe på 8 personer. Der var dejligt pool og 3 værter i køkkenet under hele opholdet. De var meget venlige og var ikke påtrængende, tvært i mod. Vi fik god morgenmad og fik både grill samt Sri Lanka mad til aftensmad. Begge måltider var fantastiske og anbefalingsværdi. Dejligt at slippe for hotellerne men samtidig have god service og mad.

Mountbatten Bungalow- Thema Collection - Kandy ligger i Kandy og har udendørs swimmingpool og rummelig solterrasse. Der tilbydes indkvartering med egen forplejning samt gratis WiFi overalt på stedet. We had an amazing experience, everything was perfect. The colonial-style architecture, lush gardens, beautiful pool and peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a private retreat. Staff were warm and attentive, Highly recommended!

Namadi heights Bungalow har en god beliggenhed i centrum af Kandy og har en have og gratis privat parkering samt gratis wi-fi overalt. We arrived straight from Colombo Airport to Nishi’s beautiful home in Kandy. Namadi Heights is a lovingly decorated private home filled with family history, memories, and artisanal antique pieces. Hidden in the mountains, it offers a stunning scenic view over the city and yet allows you to reach Kandy center easily by foot or Tuk Tuk. While you stay on the family’s property and can enjoy the outdoor common areas, you also have your own little entrance to a private terrace and the room with private bathroom. Nishi is a wonderful human being and an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, treated us to delicious food (probably the best breakfast we had in all of Sri Lanka!), and was incredibly helpful and supportive in organizing our activities and next travel steps. We unfortunately only stayed 2 nights, but we would have loved to stay longer, especially because we enjoyed our conversations with Nishi and her husband so much! They were our first link to land and culture and we are so grateful for all the information, tips and tricks. Thank you, Nishi and Bandula, for everything, hopefully we will be back sooner than later🫶

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kandy Siebel Bungalow, hosted by Anoma and her daughter. Although my stay was brief—just one night—I was thoroughly impressed. Upon arrival, I was welcomed warmly and offered a delicious dinner.My room was beautifully upgraded to feature one large double bed and a single bed, perfect for families or groups. The stunning mountain view from my room was a highlight, and the fast, stable Wi-Fi made my stay even more enjoyable.The location is excellent, just a 23-minute walk from the train station, in a lovely area with good bus connections. Anoma's kindness and helpfulness truly made this homestay a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Lion Shade Tourist Bungalow - Sri Lanka Tourism Development Authority Licenced har udsigt til en have, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering og ligger i Katugastota, 6,1 km fra Kandy City Centre. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Relaxing and very comfortable. Nice, clean and quiet place. Outdoor garden with lush greenery enhanced that experience. Staff are super friendly and helpful. On our request they arranged transportation to attractions in and around Kandy. Sri Lankan breakfast served was fantastic. They have continental type breakfast too. Will definitely stay here again during our next trip to Sri Lanka.

Kobbekaduwa Bungalow ligger i Kandy, 8,9 km fra Kandy Royal Botanic Gardens, og har en udendørs swimmingpool, en have og en terrasse samt gratis privat parkering. I just finished 6 weeks traveling in Sri Lanka, and this was my favorite stay of the trip! To wake up to singing birds and the sun rising over the misty mountains - it’s absolute bliss. The rooms are spacious and immaculate: they have a tea kettle and tea/coffee, A/C, a large bathroom, and a private patio with stunning views. There is also a common area for lounging and dining on *delicious* meals made by the chef. Wije is a welcoming manager who will share his expert knowledge on the area and help you arrange a tuk tuk for exploring the many nearby temples. I loved the place so much I wanted to stay extra nights, but they were booked - so the property host helped me find a place to stay in Kandy. I was traveling alone, so I was especially grateful for the extra care that the property staff took to make me feel safe and at ease. Stay here if you’re looking for a break from the city and an immersion into the natural and cultural wonders of the region.
