Nice with pool area as an alternative to expensive sun beds in the thousands on the sun bed desert beach. Small things could have made the pool area much nicer.

It is a lovely place to stay in a quiet area. But you can get there by car only. The owners are very hospitable, friendly and helpful. All amenities are in place. A great advantage are mosquito nets, and air conditioning. Good value for money.

Nice pleasant and quite central area of city, easy walk to very centre of city. Amenities all around such as deli's, cafes, restaurants etc. Spotlessly clean, attractive, and functional apartment with mosquito nets on the windows and a/c to keep comfortable!

The room has spacious shower, and is spacious it self, has a black out curtains and 4 pillows. The breakfast is really good, and with a lot of variety and relatively good quality. The staff in the caffetteria is also really kind. The view of the "sea", which is rather the view of the harbor, was giving amazing sunsets and front view to the light house. Fine enough price, compared to the neighbors and the locations

A wonderful place with a spectacular view! Not only from the pool or terrace but also from the inside. We spent 10 days at Podere Mantignano and never got tired of watching the sunsets and the twinkling lights in the evenings or the various formations of clouds over the landscape during daytime. The apartment is well equipped and not only beautifully designed but also comfy. We highly recommend to escape from real life for several days at Podere Mantignano. Only challenge: To climb up the home mountain’s slightly adventurous road.

Beach was right across the road - beautiful beach with fine clean sand and loads of sun beds - water was great although on a couple of days there was a bit of algae but it was safe to swim and we stayed away from it. the room was great - we had an end room with wrap around balcony on 4th floor so got sunrise to sunset - amazing and side view of the beach and mountains - fab location is very quiet but we were happy to walk to restaurants however we ate most nights in Balubino al mare which was 5 star food, reasonable price and brilliant staff

Beautiful setting in the countryside Very good breakfast with fresh local produce, lovely wether so possible to enjoy the breakfast outside on the veranda
