i read all the review of this place so I didn't expect much. But, upon check-in, it exceeds my expectations! - I can see the sunset from the balcony, nice view!! with the sounds of the waves. - all toilets are clean. - all bedrooms are clean and equipped with aircond. - got fridge and microwave - all the mugs and plate looks new and very clean. with this price, I am okay and very satisfied. recommended!

Comfortable unit & easy check-in & check-out. The bed is very spacious & enough for all family members. Facilities provided such as fridge, microwave, cooking grill, hot & cold water machine, washing machine, tv & wifi. Aircond is in every room & living room. Love to see a very beautiful sunset from the balcony of high floor. The owner was very nice and asked how we were doing while staying there. A little suggestion:- if the owner can provide hand-wash at the kitchen & bowls for gravy/soup.

I like the scenery view and how it includes the sunset into the frame. That was a pleasure way to experience. On top of that, the size of the home is quite spacious for a big family that can range up to 10 people. It was a comfy stay for me and my family.

I love the bed that faced beside the window because can enjoy the sea and sunset but wish can get room with more clearer view of the sunset. Quite a clean room and we loveee the bathroom area. It's soo spacious and love the concept luckily the day we stay, there's no rain, hehe

This was a 2 bedroom apartment on The 3rd floor of a block with 24 hour security. The balcony faced over the sea and the sunset was beautiful. The apartment was furnished well and had a table and seating on the balcony. The bathroom was a wet room which I feel worked well. The apartment was comfortable so that it felt like home from home so much that we extended our stay for an extra day. It was in a quiet location but short walking distance to a nice seafood restaurant or a short drive to PD waterfront

the location was next to the hospital hence easy navigation. There, the staff was courteous and helpful. The room were clean and the hot shower. The complimentary biscuits along with the usual coffee and water bottle was a pleasant surprise.
