We called the training center from the Information center inside the zoo and they come to pick you up. The staff is very accommodating. Make sure you have a translator app as very few people speak English. The room is perfect, we stayed 2 nights, a copious breakfast is included. We walked down the mountain to the zoo and we had so many animals to watch on our way down. We rented a golf cart for the rest of the day. There are many places to eat, street vendors and a 7-11 on the premises. The staff is very nice! It was a beautiful experience.
