It was very clean and the staff helped us booking our tours to the volcano and hot springs.

The hot springs at the Rio Club are amazing. Nice activities for the kids: including mini golf, game room, game tables, pool, pin pong, etc We had a room with two queen beds. The rooms was spacious but I felt like they needed a better interior layout design ( no real living space for the size of the room). The balcony was great with a nice view of the volcano.
