Calaverde has a wonderful park like feel due to the many tall canopied pines that were left undisturbed when the commune was built. The location is also excellent as the beach (beautiful, sandy, shallows extending for 50-60 feet) is just 5 minutes walk away. Recommended!

The appartment had it's own parking space in the basement at no extra cost. The terrace was exceptional, and we ate outside for the 3 nights we stayed. Close proximity to Chai supermarket, some local shops and eateries. Also, a great little local friendly bar, Chiccos, which serves excellent ice cold Ichnusa lager! Also, the parking space was a real bonus.
