The host/representative was very helpful and met us at the property to show us around. There were even welcome drinks left for us. Everything was very clean and organized in the room. The whole property basically felt like someone's home converted into a small guesthouse with each floor being its own room, so it felt cozy. The place itself is close to one of the local train stations, so it's convenient for traveling. There's also a shopping street and a few convenience stores close by too. The host was not usually at the property itself but was reachable by phone.
